May I see my website before it is published on the Internet?

Yes! In the first phase of design we ask questions, discuss needs, colors, layouts and the like. As we make progress we will show it to you for your opinion and any changes or additions you may want.

How long will it take before my website is ready?

Depending on the complexity of your site and our work load it can take between 3 to 5 days for a simple website and up to 2 weeks for large complicated ones. In rare instances on huge sites it may take a few months. When you are ready with all your specifications we will give you an idea for completion time.

May I change content once it has been completed?

Minor updates to content in your website are included for 3,12 or 24 months. Changes to site design or additional pages are not included but may be done for a small fee.

May I change my website design once it has been completed?

We can redesign your site. We will give you a price quote based on the changes requested.

What is the fee to make changes once the maintenance period ends?

For a minor change in text we will do it for you at no charge. For other changes we will give you a price quote based on the changes requested.

How can I be sure my site will be unique?

We offer complete website design with custom layout, graphics and navigation. We do not use templates and create all sites from scratch.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, Cash, Checks, Barter and on larger sites Payment Plans if needed, based on credit.

I’m Ready, How do I get Started?

1. Submit your requirements

Fill out our online estimate request form.

2. Design Proposal

We will take your responses to our questions and make a design that we feel fits your needs or a design which you request. We then show it to you and discuss your likes and dislikes and make the changes until you are happy with the results. We will then give you the price.

3. Web Design Agreement

Once we agree on a price and start date, we will provide you simple to read terms describing start and completion dates along with a detailed description of what we will do.

4. Down Payment

We require 50% down on sites under $1000.00.  On sites over $1000.00 35% Down, 35% 1/2 way done then 30% upon completion. On sites over $5000.00 terms can be negotiated.

5. Completion & Publishing

Once the design has been approved by you we will submit your site to the search engines and the Internet Press Release. At this point all unpaid balances are due in full unless terms were set in the initial agreement.
